The object of the investigation revolves around the alleged conflict of interest in which a director of the company CSC Consultoria i Gestió, SA, one of the companies that belongs to the public holding company Consorci de Salut i Atenció Social de Catalunya (CSC), in the awarding by this company of a service contract to a trading company he owns. It is established that the affected person has declared his direct participation in aforementioned company and that the Board of Directors of CSC, SA agreed to make the signed contract ineffective and, therefore, the contract did not enter into force. In other words, the conflict of interest was effectively managed by the CSC group of public companies and, therefore, the object of the action falls away.
