On its own initiative, an alleged favorable treatment by a public consortium of certain companies in a business group has been examined in the award and monitoring of the execution of two supply and one service contracts. Also, in the course of the research action, the adaptation of the Statutes of the consortium to the basic regulations of the consortiums has been verified and the exercise of the intervening function developed in the consortium and the consideration of this entity as its own means with respect to all its consortium entities have been examined.
