Following a complaint, the alleged favoritism and other possible irregularities committed by Collbató City Council in the selection procedure and in the appointment of a prospector of companies have been examined. A process initiated in the execution of a local employment plan, within the framework of the Local Governments Network 2016-2019 plan of the Barcelona Provincial Council. The investigative action rules out the concurrence of possible favorable treatment in the development of the initial selection process. On the contrary, it identifies irregularities in the concatenation, without solution of continuity, in the provision of the service on the part of the person initially selected, beyond the frame of the initial project. This person would have been part of the electoral lists of one of the political groups that make up the government team.
