The object of the present investigation actions is focused on the possible illegal use or destination of public funds linked to the awarding of contracts and their cost, and on the procedure for granting subsidies to determine the possible existence of a favorable treatment towards the receiving entity. From the review of the information obtained, it has not been possible to delimit a possible specific case of irregular use or destination of public funds related to public contracts or the aforementioned subsidies that would justify an in-depth examination of the facts. It should also be borne in mind that, given the time that has passed, the demand for any possible effect or responsibility (administrative, disciplinary, accounting, criminal...) that could derive from irregularities not detected by the awarding bodies would be time-barred. In view of the principles and criteria that must govern the investigation actions of the Antifraud Office, it was considered relevant to archive the report.
