The object of research revolves around a possible discriminatory treatment that would occur in favor of a group of consulting companies, which, in execution of the bases of public aid, would be contracted preferentially with respect to others in the framework of the granting of annual subsidies for local development support programs by the Catalonia Employment Service (SOC). These actions have ended with an archiving resolution.
