The object of the present action is about an alleged favorable treatment of some commercial companies in the justification of subsidies from the Catalonia Employment Service (SOC), which were beneficiaries of them to carry out professional occupational training courses. From the assessment of the results of the examination of the information and documentation obtained in the course of the investigation, it is necessary to rule out a presumed favorable treatment of the aforementioned companies in the process of justifying the subsidies granted. On the one hand, the control mechanisms of those subsidies have been activated in order to revoke and obtain the reinstatement of significant amounts and, on the other hand, the SOC has preventively applied the withholding on pending payments as as a result of the embargoes notified. The action ends with a filing resolution.
