The purpose of the investigative actions is to examine the possible existence of reprehensible conduct attributed to the mayor of Castelló de Farfanya Town Council, identified in the settlement of a municipal tax and likely to be considered a public domain position for their own benefit and, also, in favor of third parties members or related to the same political formation. The investigative actions do not allow to appreciate the existence of sufficient elements indicating fraud or corruption in the provision of the service by the municipality. The filing of the file is resolved.
