As a result of a report, the alleged irregular use or allocation of public funds from the council related to the payment of penalties and an irregular collection of remuneration by an employee has been examined, in addition to irregularities in public service matter. From the actions carried out, it is concluded that they fall within the scope of actions contrary to the principle of good public management, possibly contrary to ordinary legality, but far from a fraudulent or corrupt action likely to affect the taking of municipal decisions, since an abuse of a public position to obtain a private benefit is not appreciated or proven. The action ends with a filing resolution.
