As a result of a report, the possible treatment of the council in favor of two hired persons, which ignored the principle of transparency, publicity and free competition, has been examined. The selection could have been made with an interview with three candidates who had previously submitted their CV. Allegedly, no public selection procedure had been established and no previously established court had existed. It is confirmed that the violation of the principle of publicity and the irregularities in the composition of the qualifying board would lead to the nullity of the selection process. The obligations established by regulations regarding active advertising are also violated.
