The report raises alleged irregularities in the hiring of municipal library staff for temporary periods or situations of worker layoffs, which could have occurred through external hiring from companies, despite the existence of a job board created for this purpose. The facts were studied and it was established that the operation of the job board had been adequate, since calls had been made to the selected staff, who, in different cases, had renounced the offer. The external hiring was due to a specific situation in a broader context. It was decided to file the action because no elements contrary to the applicable regulations had been detected.
