Following the report filed, the situation in the aforementioned entity was analyzed, in which the complainant indicated that alleged irregularities in the economic field had occurred. Given that the object reported was not proven and no indication of irregularity was observed in the processing of the aid or in the control of the entity's public functions, and that the overall control of the entity would exceed the Office's competence due to its private nature, the referenced actions were filed.
