The object of research is specified, on the one hand, to find out, and if necessary, resolve possible responsibilities in the direct award, without publicity or concurrence, of subsidies to the sports entity Joventut Bisbalenca, CF, during the period 2011-2014, and if this entails a favorable treatment of the council towards this sports entity. On the other hand, it examines whether the participation of certain people, members of the Board of Directors of the sports entity receiving the grants and at the same time councilors of the Town Council, is compatible with conduct contrary to probity and objectivity or with a possible irregular use arising from conduct that involves a conflict of interest.
