Due to a report, alleged irregularities related to the tender and the award of a minor service contract by the Fundació Hospital Sant Bernabé de Berga have been investigated. These irregularities would imply a favorable treatment towards the awarded company, which may have presented its offer after its award. In addition, it is assumed that an appearance of advertising and competition has been generated by asking for offers on the basis of a tender that has not been approved by any contracting body. Therefore, there may have been a violation of the public procurement regulations that resulted in the invalidity of the public contract.
