The object of the investigation is the possible favorable treatment granted to one of the people participating in a selective process by the council. The investigative actions show that the selection process was extended over time, but apparently and with the analyzed documentation, it would have been carried out in compliance with the legally established requirements and resolving all the issues that arose during its processing. The actions end with a decision to archive.
