The purpose of these actions is to examine the conduct that may violate the integrity and transparency of the exercise of public functions, which are imputed to the governing team of the Town Council formed from the elections held in 2015. The lack of municipal response to certain requests for information made by elected officials has been investigated, attributing to this fact an alleged violation of ordinary legality and a possible obstacle to the development and exercise of local government control functions. These actions have ended with a resolution of filing given the flattening of the mayor and the satisfaction of the claims made by the complainant, along with the impetus by the municipal government of good governance practices.
