<p>Following a compliant, an examination was made of the alleged favouritism shown by the Baix Llobregat Agricultural Park Consortium to the company awarded the contract for surveillance and security of the park. Despite various alleged breaches of the contract, no measure had been adopted to safeguard proper performance of the service. This inquiry concluded with a resolution to discontinue.</p>
