After receiving a report, it was investigated whether a professor at the Autonomous University of Barcelona had violated the incompatibilities regime that affects staff in the service of public administrations, through the alleged exercise of a private professional activity. This possible violation could lead to a breach of the incompatibility regime applicable to full-time university teaching staff, which could lead to the initiation of disciplinary proceedings.
