As a result of a report, the alleged incompatibility of the manager of an entity dependent on the council, who would have contracted with the City Council through a company of which he was the administrator, has been investigated. From the investigation action it has been found: a violation of the public procurement regulations in the processing of the contracts awarded to the aforementioned company; a breach of the incompatibilities regulations on the part of the responsible person mentioned above and at the same time the concurrence of a possible situation of prohibition to hire.
