Submissions on draft bills
The Anti-Fraud Office carries out actions aiming for the establishment and the improvement of a legal framework, taking into account the integrity perspective, avoiding corruption risks and minimizing those contexts that are favorable for irregularities.
The Office submits, as proposals, responses and suggestions to the public authorities responsible for the creation, amendment or repeal of regulations.
The contributions that the Office makes in the fulfillment of this function take as a reference the text of the draft initiative and other information published by the responsible bodies and do not prejudge future pronouncements of the Anti-Fraud Office of Catalonia.
