The Anti-Fraud Office of Catalonia gives non-binding replies to any consultation formulated by the public sector entities of Catalonia, through their highest-ranking bodies of representation.
The consultations have to be formulated in writing to the director of the Anti-Fraud Office and they have to be sufficiently grounded and state the relevant precedents.
The Anti-Fraud Office has to provide its non-binding replies to queries within a deadline of one month counted from receipt of the request at the general registry of the Office.
